Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mending Our Mistakes, we want you to feel confident supporting our mission. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. If possible, please include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at admin@mendingourmistakes.org. We will provide instructions for returning your item and explain any applicable return shipping requirements.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at admin@mendingourmistakes.org. Include your order number and photographs of the issue when possible.

We will review the situation promptly and work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Digital downloads
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered after delivery
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, please contact us and we will help determine the best solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Most financial institutions process refunds within 5 to 10 business days, although processing times may vary.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at admin@mendingourmistakes.org.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period. Certain exceptions may apply.
