Start Here
You do not have to have everything figured out to reach out. You just have to be willing to take the first step.
M.O.M. works with noncustodial parents, relative caregivers, guardians, and parents returning home after incarceration. If you are trying to be present in your child’s life and you need support getting there, this is the right place.
What Is the Intake Process?
When you reach out to M.O.M., here is what happens:
- You submit a brief intake form with basic information about your situation.
- A M.O.M. team member reviews your information and follows up within a reasonable timeframe to schedule a conversation.
- We talk through your situation together — what you are navigating, what barriers you are facing, and what support might look like.
- We explain clearly what M.O.M. can and cannot do and help connect you with the right services, whether through M.O.M. directly or through a referral partner.
- If there is a fit, we begin the enrollment process and get you started on a structured support plan.
