Partner With Us

M.O.M. does not operate in isolation. The families we serve are navigating systems that span courts, schools, employers, shelters, and enforcement agencies. Effective stabilization requires coordinated partnerships across all of them. If your organization works with families in crisis, we want to talk.

Who We Partner With

  • Family courts and circuit clerks
  • Offices of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE)
  • Probation and parole agencies
  • Reentry and transitional housing programs
  • K–12 schools and Family Resource Centers
  • Domestic violence shelters and advocacy organizations
  • Homeless shelters and rapid-rehousing networks
  • Workforce development agencies
  • Behavioral health and substance use treatment providers
  • Faith-based organizations and community nonprofits
  • Legal aid organizations and law school clinics
  • Employers committed to second-chance hiring

Types of Partnerships

Referral Agreements

Establish a formal warm-handoff referral pathway between your organization and M.O.M. We coordinate intake, communicate progress, and keep your team informed with bi-weekly compliance updates (with participant consent via ROI-003).

Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)

For organizations seeking a more structured coordination framework, M.O.M. can execute a formal MOU defining referral procedures, data sharing protocols, communication standards, and mutual responsibilities.

Co-Location & Hub Partnerships

If your organization has physical space, M.O.M. is interested in co-location arrangements that allow us to serve families closer to where they already access services — reducing transportation barriers and increasing intake efficiency.

Employer Partnerships

Employers who commit to second-chance hiring, flexible scheduling for court appearances, and workforce stability support become critical infrastructure in the M.O.M. ecosystem. We can connect you with motivated, supported candidates from our workforce stabilization pipeline.

Funding & Grant Partnerships

M.O.M. is actively pursuing DOJ, DOT, OCSE 458(f), workforce, and housing grant opportunities. If your organization is interested in co-applying for funding or serving as a fiscal sponsor or sub-recipient, contact us to discuss alignment.
