Volunteer
M.O.M. is built on the belief that communities heal communities. Volunteers are not a supplement to our work — they are core infrastructure. If you have time, skills, or lived experience to offer, there is a place for you here.
Current Volunteer Needs
Transportation Volunteers
Drive participants to court dates, visitation exchanges, employment appointments, and OCSE meetings. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle are required. Mileage reimbursement available.
Peer Mentors
If you have navigated the family court or child support system and come out the other side, your experience is exactly what another parent needs. Peer mentors provide emotional support, practical guidance, and accountability. Certification training provided.
Administrative & Office Support
Help with data entry, document organization, filing, scheduling, and general office operations. Remote and in-person options available.
Legal Binder & Document Organization Assistants
Help participants organize court documents, track deadlines, and prepare their Legal Binder for attorney meetings and hearings. No legal background required — attention to detail and reliability are what matter.
Workshop Facilitators
Lead or co-facilitate parenting education, financial literacy, or digital skills workshops. Subject matter expertise and facilitation experience preferred.
Skilled Professionals
We welcome pro bono or reduced-rate support from professionals in the following areas:
- Family law attorneys (legal clinics, document review, referrals)
- Licensed counselors and therapists (trauma-informed support referrals)
- Accountants and financial planners (financial literacy programming)
- Workforce development and HR professionals (employment coaching)
- Photographers and videographers (storytelling and documentation)
- Web developers and designers (digital infrastructure)
